Ticket sales open on June 12th

The Newcomers Club is hosting our annual Welcome Cruise for new neighbors.

We are very excited to invite those who moved into the neighborhood July 2023 through July 2024 for a pontoon ride on the lake.

Boats will depart promptly from the docks on the west side of Beach 4 at 11:30 and 12:30. Please arrive early to get a name tag and some food.

Don't forget to bring your beach tag! 

Refreshments will be provided, with the Newcomers Club Board grilling hamburgers and hot dogs and hanging around to answer your questions about the neighborhood and the lake.

Tickets are free for Newcomers Club Members that have moved into the neighborhood in the past 12 months. (Membership includes the whole household) or $10 per person for non-members that have moved into the neighborhood in the past 12 months. Children 12 and under are free.

Again this year we are going to open it up to anyone, even if you have been here for many years.  Cost will be $13 per person.
