What is the Newcomers Club?The Lake Barcroft Newcomers Club was established to welcome new residents and acquaint them to the neighborhood and the many great opportunities to get involved. The Club is a wonderful way to make new friends, learn about opportunities and resources at Lake Barcroft that match your interests, and participate in Lake Barcroft activities and social events. Membership is open to all Lake Barcroft residents (owners or renters), whether you've been here for a month, a year, or a decade. Newcomers is for EVERYONE! The Newcomers Club holds social events throughout the year with Club members receiving advanced notice of all events and discounted fees to attend. These events are designed to bring the new residents together along with long-term residents in a fun and engaging social environment. Annual favorites include large events such as the Chili Party, the Barge Party and the Holiday Party. There are also smaller social events to gather where discussions cover numerous topics of interest to the neighborhood. |
2026: Let The Party Continue!
It's hard to believe we're in a new year. 2025 brought so many great times, and 2026 is keyed up to be even better! Your Lake Barcroft Newcomers Club is ready to provide a host of activities designed to appeal to all of the varied interests in our wonderful lake community. We've continued fan favorites like the Chili Party, and we have even more fan favorites planned (I'm looking at you, Barge Party, Welcome Cruise, Raft Up and Swim, and Holiday Party). We are also expanding our family friendly events, since we have so many new families that have joined the community! Bring your kids to the Lawn Party and the Firepit Party for a great time with other families! If you have ideas for others, we're always happy to hear them; join us at the member meetings to get more involved and to share your vision for the club.
